For example, the use of Zoom increased to 87% on the first day of Eid, compared to the previous day. In addition, data traffic for the use of Instagram and TikTok social media also surged on the first day of Eid.

When compared to the normal days before social restrictions were imposed, the increase in data traffic on Eid al-Fitr occurred by 19%, and when compared to the normal days since the social restrictions were enacted, the increase in traffic on Eid al-Fitr occurred by 8%.

For SMS and Voice services, it has decreased by around 20% (SMS) and 40% (voice) compared to last year's Eid. This is because many customers have switched to using video / teleconferencing applications.
