#kamisukareview – Xiaomi announced the achievement of opening 2,000 Mi Partner points within 11 months to enhance retail service coverage with Mi Store and Mi Shop. This effort was made to facilitate consumer access to Xiaomi products through physical stores.
Mi Partner is a multibrand shop that collaborates with Xiaomi to sell products in the form of smartphones at official prices (SRP). More than 2,000 Mi Partners are spread across various cities in Indonesia, such as Kutai Kartanegara Regency, Kendari City, Lhokseumawe City, or Central Lombok Regency.
Mi Partner, Multibrand Store With Official Prices
Despite selling various smartphone brands, the existence of Mi Partners is easy to find both inside and outside malls with the Xiaomi identity.
Previously, Mi Partner was better known as the Mi Prefered Partner which changed through voting on Mi Community which ended on 12 October. With this new name, Mi Partner will side by side with Mi Store and Mi Shop to serve Xiaomi users in Indonesia.
The difference between Mi Partner and Mi Shop lies in the location inside the shop and its management, namely through a dealer selected by Xiaomi. Mi Shop sells products at official prices such as smartphones, accessories, and Mi TV.
Until now, there are 131 Mi Shops scattered throughout Indonesia. The number continues to grow, one of which is the Las Vegas Mi Shop in Gresik which was inaugurated last October 10.
Meanwhile, Mi Store is a physical store that also sells the same products as Mi Shop but is located in a mall and is managed by the Erajaya group. There are currently 50 Mi Stores in Indonesia.
Prospective users can search for the nearest shop that sells Xiaomi products by visiting the official website.
Xiaomi Care, a Care Package for Buyers
Regarding product sales, Xiaomi is also preparing a care package for buyers of smartphone, TV and ecosystem products in the form of masks and hand sanitizers.
This initiative was carried out as a form of concern for Mi Fans to maintain health and prevent transmission during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The care package contains an exclusive mask from Xiaomi and a hand sanitizer. The Xiaomi Care #KaMiJagaKamu program runs from 15-31 October 2020 with the aim of raising awareness during the pandemic by taking care of oneself and avoiding activities that involve large numbers of people.
This package can be obtained by purchasing all Xiaomi products at physical stores such as Mi Store, Mi Shop and a number of Mi Partner and Erafone points.
To do this, consumers upload photos of products that have been purchased to their Instagram accounts and tag #KaMiJagaKamu and tag the @ xiaomi.indonesia account to then be shown to officers and receive the Xiaomi Care package.
Consumers who choose to stay at home and take advantage of the Mi Store from Home and Mi Shop from Home services will still have the opportunity to get this package.
After completing the order process and the courier arrives to deliver the product, upload a product photo with the same conditions, namely the #KaMiJagaKamu hashtag and the @ xiaomi.indonesia account tag. Packages will be sent separately.
The Xiaomi Indonesia retail network has now reached various cities in Indonesia, making it easy for anyone to get Xiaomi products at real prices.
